Leonardo Percival Paoli is a classical bassoonist, artistic director, and cultural entrepreneur. He graduated from the “P. Mascagni” Conservatory in Livorno, later refining his craft at the prestigious Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome and the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. His dual perspective—as both performer and producer—allows him to approach music with a rare blend of artistic sensitivity and strategic vision.
Currently serving as Vice President and Production Director of the Orchestra Giovanile Toscana, Paoli has orchestrated major productions involving international soloists, civic institutions, and cultural foundations. His work spans artistic coordination, institutional relations, and creative project design—always with a focus on excellence, accessibility, and collaboration.
